Apologies for the delayed response and sorry to read you are getting this error when launching the game. Just to double-check, is the message you get when starting the game "No compatible driver/hardware found" by any chance?
If that is the case, this issue is currently being looked into by the team. However, while it's being investigated, we do have a couple steps, which I could suggest:
Are you playing on a Desktop PC or Laptop? If it's a Laptop, would you be able to check and make sure that the Integrated and Dedicated GPU are both up to date and the latest driver is installed? You could also perform a clean installation:

If you do happen to have an AMD GPU and should the issue still persists, please try this workaround from the NVIDIA website:
https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5182/~/unable-to-launch-vulkan-apps%2Fgame-on-notebooks-with-amd-radeon-igpus
If you have any further queries, please let us know!
- Ubisoft Support
The error is "The installed driver version Catalyst is not supported", because Catalyst (the windows driver) isn't supported under Linux anymore (at least with that name).
I'm playing on a desktop PC with an AMD Radeon RX6950XT, but the same error happens on the steam deck too.
Since I'm playing on linux I can run with three different drivers which are supported on linux.
The propriatary AMD driver and two open source drivers; sadly none work with extraction.
Probably the best solution would be to run the game and display the warning after launching.
Also sorry for the outburst, I know you as support have nothing to do with it even though you probably take the most blame for things that are out of your control :)
