Game won't play on my first monitor

I played for a bit then decided I'd like to run it in borderless to access my second monitor easier. For some reason the game jumped to my second monitor, and using alt+enter to move it back to the first one ends up with the wrong resolution, because they're different aspect ratios. I've verified game files in an attempt to revert it, but with no luck. The monitor switcher only displays my first monitor, help!

win + shift + arro -> that how you move window to another screen
alt + enter is for changing full screen/windowed state

Sorry to hear that despite your troubleshooting you have been unable to play the game on a different monitor.

Can I check if the kind advice Senyaak has shared helps as this is the steps I would also advise next.
