BB 😂
And why does that matter in a pure PvE game? Let people cheat as long as it's not PvP.
You didn't answer my question, you just deflected.
i'm simply saying what i think, people don't like cheaters whether they're in pvp or pve games as it ruins their experience
if you have such a problem with anti cheat it makes me wonder if you're a cheater
Cheating doesn't just include making yourself powerful. It can also includes griefing.
Also I would be annoyed if I joined a game and it turned out my teammate had godmode turned on the whole time.
That is almost never an issue in PvE games that allow modding or cheating. Payday 2 is an example of a game that would be much less fun without mods (and anti-cheat usually also prevents those). Griefing is still super rare, just have a report function instead of having a blanket ban on people having fun outside of the dev's parameters.
Yeah, I like to cheat in PvE games sometimes, sue me. People should do it in private lobbies, so it doesn't affect other people, but it shouldn't be completely prohibited. Many games are more fun with cheats and/or mods, as long as you're not griefing other people, there's literally zero reason to ban people for it. Heck, back in the day modded lobbies in games like RTCW:ET or even CS were the absolute best, and cheating in PvE games was not only accepted, it was encouraged.
Yeah, thanks, captain obvious. Also seems like this game is dead anyway, and lazily ported with zero Steam feature implementation to Steam, so seems like it should be a hard pass regardless of the invasive anti-cheat.
For me not have a problem with anti cheat. I want play with normal people.
