Some feedback
I've had over 10 crashes while playing. Some would repeat on the same save after a minute or two. Saving to a new save fixed it, but ofc it's annoying.

Destroyed buildings after an earthquake should leave a blueprint to be rebuilt or something like that. And any settings in them should be remembered. As is, it's hard to remember what was where, and losing a selective storage is awful cause you have to finnagle the numbers all over again.

Which brings me to some basic QoL needs, like being able to copy/paste the settings from one building to another of the same type (looking at you, storages).

The maximum storage on gold is 9999. Once I hit that, my smelter wouldn't smelt any more gold ore, even though I actually had 3 treasuries in the city. So what I'm saying is we should be able to set the limit higher than 9999. Putting it to 0 didn't work for the smelter either.

The dock building should be able to employ more carriers to speed up the loading process. Even with using selective storages, it takes a while. Selective storages should have the same option, I'd say 2 carriers for those.

The raiders' AI needs tweaking. If I set up a gated community with bottlenecks around mountains, I can use the open/close gate system to make them move from one to the other, effectively just making the raiders move into/out of range of the gates and archers. That way I take absolutely no damage to my walls and they all die.

We should be able to make another shipwright to have more ships.

The success chance of exploration ship missions needs some sort of explaining. Is it a fixed number you get when a new set of missions roll or can we influence that?

Natural resources for gatherer's huts (such as mushrooms etc), should take up only 1 little square of grid space so it's easier to work around them. Currently some are centered on square tiles, but some take up 4 squares.

Please switch the "rate the game" button with the "resume game" button. That's usually where such a button is and I misclick on the "rate" button often, which is annoying.

If possible, add a x10 speed button (or anything faster than x4, to help with the late game waiting for achievements)

BUG: the epic card which gives extra 30 slots to a healer's hut doesn't work.

Mild suggestion for endgame goal - I like having a clear goal to work to. Currently that's the 1500 people, but that's just a waiting game atm and not much fun. Maybe make up an optional set of missions for ships to deliver goods or troops to someone somewhere (King, other settlements, idk, invent a story for it).

Hi Tacheron thanks for very detailed feedback. I have read your suggestions carefully and you have touched on some really good things that I had overlooked.

Can I ask you for some help with crashes, can you send me the save file of the game you keep crashing? It will help me solve the problem.

The save files are in the %localappdata%/SettlementsRising/Saved/Savegames folder. I need two files, slots.sav and yoursavegame.sav, and if you can send me your game with a population of 1500, it would be a good chance for me to review it for optimization.

You can send them to info@catalystcrew.net.

I tried to catch a game prior to the crash, but I can't get it to repeat after doing the trick with saving over a new save. If I get another crash, I'll send you the autosave prior to that. As for 1500 people, I don't have that much in the city. I just made a city of about 520 people and now I'm waiting for the population to circulate deaths/births to get that achievement.

Btw the game is pretty well optimised. At 500+ people there's no issues whatsoever and I don't have a good computer anymore.

Thanks for the earthquake update. I made some observations in the update discussion.

Another suggestion - we should be able to "specialize" livestock farms. Meaning if I can fit 20 animals, I want to be able to do 20 cows/sheep, so please increase their limit. Make sure the enhancement which adds extra total limit on animals in the farm adds the number to the specific animal limit too. This change would allow us to make the most out of enhancements which affect specific products, such as more eggs, more milk etc.
