Will Andrew and Ashley die at the end of the game?

I saw a comment under a YouTube video that said they might literally die and be buried in the same coffin as referred in the game title, and I was struck by this comment because while playing the game I never thought about the possibility of them dying as a result. But I also think that this might really happen, and if it does I would probably be sad as hell. What do you guys think

Might be crazy but i think andrew will finally resist to what ashley is doing to her and will kill her, but then will commit sucidide since has doesnt have anyone and will never have

It's the Coffin of Andy and Leyley, not Coffin of Andrew and Ashley. It's meant to symbolise them burying the past. Well, at least for Andrew, Ashley doesn't want to.
However, I suspect they will probably die in the Decay route.

considering chapter 3 will essentially be 2 chapters that tell likely completely different stories and how there will likely be 2 endings for each of those we can expect probably 4 endings. So chances are there will be an ending where they both die

It seems likely that one of the multiple endings will be them dying, likely whichever branches off from Decay. But I imagine there will also be a "Good" end (relative). It would be rather boring if ALL the endings were them dying but also equally boring if they were all good endings, so hopefully with (I believe) four possible outcomes we get a range of possibilities.

yes but only in the worst ending for both andrew and ashley. but for one of the bad endings, it should be only ashley. however in the other bad ending, it should be only andrew.

I expect both routes to have a good and a bad ending that relate to the positive/negative relationship growth the two routes represent. Each end might have a couple variants based on other factors, like bullets vs. no bullets for the probable Decay bad end.

I want to theorize that depending on which route you take (decay/burrial) each one will end with the other dying. Probably not going to happen but it would be an interesting idea
