It's very unlikely. If Ashley's dream in Decay is anything to go off, if he kills her he'll kill himself not long after.

That too, he did say he would "see her soon" after killing her.

to be fair many people believe from snippets we have seen that julia was only andrews gf to avoid the rumours and that he never really loved her. While i could see him using her as a means to an end other than that i doubt he would wanna see much other than that.
Now the more interesting question is will julia appear in chapters 3 in the present or will she only exist in flashbacks.

I doubt it. I've been assuming Decay's endings will be 'siblings come to terms with things and part ways' good end and 'murder-suicide' bad end and I doubt either will involve getting back together with Julia. Andrew would have a lot of work to do to prove to her that he'd changed anyway and I don't think he's terribly motivated to do so.

Also, for her own sake Julia had better hope she only turns up in flashbacks, I'm pretty sure that she won't survive getting involved in the present day plot.
