More story any day of the week.
At most, we'll probably get a scene(s) leading up to such acts, and then fade to black, with perhaps a follow up scene after the deed, akin to what we saw in the vision. But to expect more than that is strange to me.
If anything, in the "sexual route(s)", the game will likely focus on the aftermath of the sex acts, and explore how they change the dynamics between the characters and changes their overall situation.
As the dear author so kindly reminded the community (and everyone else who might be lurking), the visions are supposed to reveal trouble, not fortune. As such, letting them play out will not be favorable (at least from Ashley's perspective), even if Ashley didn't think too much about that fact after the sex vision.
