eye puzzle

im stuck on the second eye puzzle where theres those eye things in the corner you can turn and then a bunch at the bottom and the top. dunno what to do

update: you have to make the moveable eyes look at eachother. the top ones need to look at each other and the bottom ones need to look at each other
