What's an ending you'd give to the game?

At this rate I think it's safe to say that none of us can really expect what endings we will get, or if there will even be such things as 'canonical' ending/s. But!

Let us pretend for a moment we are able to foresee a possible ending, whether it correlates to the Decay route, or Burial route; what is something you would like to see? OR how exactly do you see their situation ending?

Whether it's just wishful or logical thinking, feel free to share!

I'm curious to see where everyone aligns and what they're hoping for; and then we'll just wait and see if any of us were even close, haha!

Here's an idea for you, the game starts with Andrew and Ashley being caught up in an organ harvesting ring. The third episode tells a story of Ashley , and to some extent Andrew, being used by the demon to take souls almost methodically. I could imagine that one of the endings is that Andrew and Ashley live long enough to see themselves taking inspiration from their past and setting up a "poisoned water apartment" situation themselves with a new set of young people but this time as a cover up to harvest their souls instead of organs.

Their motivation for this would be that they could live safely from the police forever in the demon's world. And seeing the similarities between their parents and them, becoming what they were destined to destroy seems kind of fitting.

A conflict that could arise would be from the innate characteristic of human nature which is that I don't think Andrew especially would settle for being the demon's cuck and living in a literal purgatory forever (maybe "Andy" would), so perhaps depending on your decisions, maybe you end up fighting the demon. I don't think this would take place as a physical fight, but maybe by tricking it somehow. And killing that soda company scientist is on the list too, although in this timeline that would be ironic and hypocritical.

Ashley gets less jealous. Andrew and Ashley use magic to bring Renee back to life and they have a threesome, the end.

Ashley and Andrew managing to face their personal (and literal demons) to finally be a couple together far away from the city they grow up in.

They wake up in the hospital after being rescued by the police from the murder hotel, and all of the crazy killing, cannibalism and demons was just a shared coma nightmare. They leave the town and their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mom/absentee father, move somewhere where no one knows them, get married and live happily ever after. Andrew finally gets to finish school and get his dream job. Ashley is a stay at home mom and successful artist. They learned what not to do from their family and make better decisions for their kids.

All of the endings so far when one of them dies, the other one follows. Even in the vision sequences it turns into murder/suicide.
