Their motivation for this would be that they could live safely from the police forever in the demon's world. And seeing the similarities between their parents and them, becoming what they were destined to destroy seems kind of fitting.
A conflict that could arise would be from the innate characteristic of human nature which is that I don't think Andrew especially would settle for being the demon's cuck and living in a literal purgatory forever (maybe "Andy" would), so perhaps depending on your decisions, maybe you end up fighting the demon. I don't think this would take place as a physical fight, but maybe by tricking it somehow. And killing that soda company scientist is on the list too, although in this timeline that would be ironic and hypocritical.
Hey you'd asked what ending I'd give it. Not which ending would make the most sense
an "incense" ending smells amazing XD
Their relationship advances (if you know what I mean) with Andrew being more honest and Ashley being more mature.
Then they do away with the demons and continue their selfish acts together, Andrew and Ashley
All of the endings so far when one of them dies, the other one follows. Even in the vision sequences it turns into murder/suicide.
