Barring a couple screenshots of the siblings in alleyways, studio apartments, and convenience stores, all the preview material has taken place in flashbacks, making it seem like a huge portion of the upcoming chapters will have us looking into the past instead of moving forward into the future (maybe a 50/50, 60/40 split), which kinda makes me think there isn't a whole lot "going forward" aside from Ashley hunting down Julia to tie up that little loose end that, honestly, she could've left well enough alone if she had a little perspective.
There is something to be seen there, though. Andrew doesn't care about Julia anymore (if he ever really did... I imagine "it's complicated"), so what does Ashley digging up something she should've ignored in a route where the siblings are drifting further apart do to their relationship? In what way does this straw break the camel's back? That seems to be what this episode is about (and the demon pact, etc).
Having said that, I think the game, as there's "In theory" nothing else to do, will probably be Andrew and Ashley being almost out of town, buuuuut Ashley wil say something like "I had a dream and turns out we should see Julia again" o Ashley just twisting around the plan to happen to be at Julia's place.
I mean, come on, Andrew is the guy that killed Julia's friend, so I expect that to come back around eventually. Chapter 3 seems like the place for it.
I think the Burial route might have Ashley being able to ignore Julia altogether, or perhaps their closeness will disgust Julia, and Andrew would get pissed at Julia over that, leading to Andrew being the one to kill.
Ofc, then there's the sane route, where Julia would likely be spared overall, since Ashley would feel secure, and Andrew would still have sensible boundaries. I think maybe they will be able to do something to get their lives back on track in this end, since this would be the one end where that seems possible.
