How Many Episodes Will There Be?

Just finished the first 2 episodes and loved them. We know episode 3 is on the way (hopefully soon, i need more!) but do we know how many episodes are planed to be in the final game?

From what I understood, there will be 3 episodes - however, episode 3 will be entirely different, based on the decisions made in Episodes 1 and 2, so technically, episode 3 will be 2 episodes in 1.

Did I get that right?

I thought the dev said there would be 4 in total and the 4th one was a split between routes. I may have misunderstood though.

If Episode 3 is a 2-in-1 then it's arguably 4... At least that's what I heard (somewhere).

It probably depends on the author's brain. I think the ending has already been set like the title.If author want to make more.Only can rely on depicting the background of the game like the "Parasitic events" to enrich the plot.(just kill or eat something bad will become boring)
