So yeah definitely in the west, if that is what bothers you.
Another thing is that the suburbs are definitely European. You wouldn't find a suburb in North America that isn't littered with cars parked on the street, even in some towns in New Jersey where the urban planning isn't as retarded as the rest of the country people park their cars on the streets almost always.
Not saying such horror and nonsense can't happen in the US. Just there's enough tell tale signs that kinda give it away.
