Anyway to Quickly Exit an Exploration (Quest) Point?

Hi

I'm Just wondering... Is there any Feature or way that you can exit an exploration point other than leaving from the entrance you came i nfrom?

Perhaps a Teleport Item or a Option or a Ability or anything like that?

I'm pretty sure there Isn't And I've finished the game once already but I'm on a second palythrough doing the true end and the guide says "After you encounter Noah, leave Aulis Lake without fighting the Boss"

And I'm just running around i ncircles becuase every backway is a dead end and I don't wanna go forward inc ase I end up comign across the boss and ruining it.

I'm pretty certain there is no such option (glory to hte mighty rope of Secret of Mana).

Thanks I found my way out watching a couple of youtube videos on the exploraton point to work out where I was and retrace my steps back out of the quest area.
