Cannot exit in-game (Resolved)

For some reason, I can't exit the game while I'm playing it; there is no option to exit or even go back to the title menu. Meaning that when I played in fullscreen, I had to turn off my comp (no, Ctrl-alt-del + Task Manager didn't work; the game instantly hides the window, so I cant use it).

Is this a bug, or just a bad design choice?

If you press the escape key it should bring up a menu with the option to quit to desktop, or return to the title screen.

I pressed the Escape key a lot, and nothing happened :/

Edit: Seems it's because my controller is the one used by the game, by default. By pressing Select, the quit menu shows up. My bad.
