Does anyone know how to reset the settings?

currently the game is nor working properly for me. resetting may fix that.
(it's just a black rectangle in the middle of the screen, no pills or anything. no way to do anything)

It was the same for me, I started in windowed mode and it fixed it? fullscreen works again after launching in windowed mode.
