I need your help with a quest

There is a quest that i dont know how to do and was hopeing that someone chould help me in the repies so the quest is to chose a horse and worker and put them into a competition but when do that in the stavle mangent it does not work so thats why i need someones help

Are you sure you don't have other activities assigned to horses and employees?

I finally got the quest to complete I had to put the horse and the worker in the competition slot everyday for the week, and when the spot to buy stuff again pops up I got a grade for races and the quest completed. I hope that helps a little.
