Question Regarding Minato City's Construction Site Area

Does anyone know how to get inside the 1st floor part of Construction Site?, Been here like 3 times and still can't figure it out on my own. https://imgur.com/a/x7hlj6r

Trying to explain this from memory so I might be wrong but:

Enter map from top side, take first left into the building to do the simon says on the rooftop, the other rooftop should be fully unlocked after doing so and you should be able to enter that area from the rooftop.

Edit: Forget all that I said and do this instead:

Enter map from rift, go directly left into building, up the stairs, go towards that first floor part you're looking for and you'll see some enemies near a staircase leading down, the ramp is a bit hard to see but you can go towards that staircase and there you have it

If so, that lead to 1st floor indeed. But that's not the 1st floor I'm trying to access.

Edit: Nevermind, you're absolutely correct that I need to enter the map from top side. Seems like I missed the spot.

Yeah I thought the Container Yard only connect to Roponggi. Since there's no connecting line to Construction Site
