Title explains it!

Please explain any issues you come across in a concise, clear manner–including the steps to reproduce and how frequently it occurs.

Additionally–perhaps even alternatively–utilize the in-game support link! When you do that, the support team is able to see a lot of helpful information right away, and this could dramatically boost their chances to pinpoint the cause of any issues and SQUASH them.

I'll keep this thread pinned for a bit, so please keep reports organized here as much as possible.

game run at 0.5x speed for some reason.
feels very laggy / slow / stutter.
it happened a few times yesterday but a reboot can fix it until today.

Message:
When attempting to link a Google account, an error message appears in the game: "Error occurred. Returning to Title."
At the same time, the browser displays the following error:

"Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand."

Encountered the enemy that is level 20 for the first time. (Did not catch enemy's name, and no, I'm still below level 10.) Was warned not to try to beat him. He spawned behind me, and I ran away into a dead end, so I had to fight him, with no option to escape. Proceded to actually beat him. Game soft locked on a screen with the main character zoomed in. Apologies, correction, level 18, not 20. I did not catch its name, but it was in the Shinagawa Industrial Map. And it wasn't a dead-end, I just got caught on a box and thought it was, apparently. (Discovered this after reloading the game and going back there.)

Seems the Tension Card Chaotic order doesnt work correctly. It says that "When the operating Character takes damage, recharge allies Tension" But it seems to only work when taking damage from an enemy (which it doesnt state on the card like other cards specifically states. So cards like Luminous Amplifier that states the user will take damage or Tsuruko Semba passive that deals damage to her doesnt activate. Either this is a bug or they should change the card description to match cards like Ace up ones Sleeve or Small blessings that state the damage has to be from an enemy.

Hey there, did send a huge text with alot feedback, and realized that I may better should send the part in a different thread, so here are just the issues I found.

Some issues I figured:

1. Delivery "Staff" NPC causing game freeze!
- Was talking to the NPCs in Shinagawa City (Hotel B1) at Happy Workers.
While happily being able to accept Daily Quests, I on the other hand could not talk to the "Staff" NPC to check deliveries. Once talked the game is freezing, resulting in a forced manual shutdown, music still plays though.

2. "Unyielding Negotiation Skill" - Tension Card got a typo!
- It's written -> "When a Seconadry Attack hits,..."
So a typo at "Secondary".

3. Santaro Mita causes FPS drops in Chain Skill scenarios!
- By the time I started using Mita actively I figured that Chain Skilling to and from Mita causes FPS drops, which lead to my PC being shutdowned several times.
I fixed that by closing some tabs and closing other application to reduce the FPS pressure onto my PC, still witnessing some little FPS drops but no shutdown since then.
- My current team > Roku Saigo > Santaro Mita > Yo Kuronaka
- Did also play along with Koishi Kohinata and Tsuki Iroha for a long time, never witnessed any FPS drops or other problems with them, just with Mita so far.

4. Rifts are bugged sometimes!
- Even though it just happened to me once, I may better mentioned it that once you entered a Rift you may not be able to walk to the right, as if there was an invisible border.
Due the fact it's been a while it happened, I'm not sure how I fixed that but I definitely know that it's either have been fixed after I opened a chest or defeated an enemy.
So RIP to those who can't reach one of these at the beginning of a Rift.

5. Do these "Rare Mobs" exist?
- I'm playing Tribe Nine since release for a bunch of time now, and I'm almost always full looting every city via certain rotations I found for myself but I have to admit, that I NEVER found that mentioned "Rare Mob" ever yet.
- Rare mobs shall be rare for sure, but they also should somehow exist too imo.

That might be it in terms of issues.

Anyways, you guys are doing a great job, the game is a blast and full of nostalgia, professionality and love put into it. Keep it up! :)

After the update I'm back to the chapter 0 area! If I try to open the map it loads indefinitely, I'm stuck there and cannot progress anymore.

7th day login award for those purple tickets i don't know what they are for as we can use descriptors or see them in my items/inventory so not sure they were claimed or in the summons of the synchro screen can someone verify?

Battle skip error.

When engaging in battle while having in the party 1 or 2 characters who doesn't meet the level requirements, game throws this error and goes back to the main menu.

i can't buy any currency in the game..it keeps coming up as "unknown error" and tells me to restart or message support

everytime I launch the game it just black screen

Game worked fine yesterday, now if I enter combat through a takedown I get an "unexpected error occurred" message and need to go back to title. If I run up to an enemy to start a fight instead of hitting them the combat loads properly.

Verified files through steam, and attempted to repair files through game. Neither fixed the issue.

Didn't receive gold medal for Shinagawa but received for Minato. Unless Shinagawa's gold medal has a higher percentage to be unlocked I don't see why this is happening.
