Should we expect change?

Outside of Dangaronpa, I don't think these devs have ever done a live-service title such as this, correct? My question is, should we expect quick fixes to all the glaring issues with the gacha/monetization system & clunky combat? Or, should the expectation be that they will dig in their heels, fix nothing, leading to a dead game in the coming weeks?

Usually day 1 games like these are super faulty, and in a few days they'll update the negatives (or some of them) along a compensation.
It's the right thing to be upset about these problems, as will make them make things for the better or be EOS in a month.
