Steam Cloud support

Will the game support Steam Cloud saves in the future? Just decided to install/play it on my Steam Deck and it wants me to go through the setup process again.

I might be mistaken but i think it uses their Cloud saves. Because i see " Transfer Account" feature which you can bind to some emails. I don't know how Steam Deck works but if it allows you in-game to login via email you can progress on the same account.

I did bind my Steam account to my Apple account before - maybe that is not needed for this.. but once the game is installed and the assets are downloaded it synced me up with my PC progress.

So, all good! It was just a bit scary because the game acts like you're starting over on first launch, including selecting a server.

How were you able to bind your account? Mine won't give me the option in the game

There is an option in the settings, it is tied to an in-game reward for linking it.
