Question about 24 City Lobby

Looking at the events I see that "Lux-Phantasma" unlocks after reaching that location, but it has a time limit.

I just got to the second city, how far am I until I reach it? I don't want to rush the game, but I don't know if less than 2 weeks are enough.

You unlock the event after the second chapter, namely the one you juste started. 2 weeks are more than enough imo, but it all depends on how fast you read and how much time you put into the game each day.

You'll be able to access 24 City Lobby right after you finish chapter 2("Monster Within").
Chapter 2 is way shorter than Chapter 1, so two weeks should be more than enough to finish "Monster Within".
Obtaining all the rewards in the event is very quick too, like 2 hour tops.

I unlock it yesterday and literally beat whole event in one play session. Its super easy.
