downloading Error / plz help

[Bakura]

while playing thw game It crashed and I couldnt open it anymore.
It said "Fatal Error - failed to load il2cpp"

Ive tried looking for missing/broken files but steam always said it didnt find any so i deleted the game and redownloaded it but now once it finishes downloading it says "error writing to disk" idk how to fix that somebody know what to do?
