Need a pro Tribe Nine player to help 4 a sec

I just cleared chapter 2 and am at 8 orbs after pulling; I have about 890 enigma I could get from doing remaining book challenges and about 60 I could get from remaining side-quests, and I haven't yet touched the XB pvp mode or the Fractal Vice.

Will there be enough to get another 10-pull before tomorrow's patch or would those last few hundred orbs take hours of grinding the engame?

If you're the type that can grind non-stop for 10+ hrs... sure you have enough time to finish zero sensei book. I wouldn't recommend it if not.
Took me a few days to finish all but the 90 dailies zero sensei mission for each town.

XB pvp mode does not currently give anything, have to wait for the upcoming event for rewards.

Fractal vice you'll only get about 45 enigmas per week + tokens.

No you wont have enough to pull a x10 unless you have unclaimed battlepass rewards.
There is also monthly reset shop that has an extra 10 pulls if you have any Enigmatic Remnant/Pieces leftover.

cheers, I'll just grind out what I can for a few hours tonight and do some single pulls before

If you have some graffitis left, try to find them. Collecting all the graffitis of a single artist rewards you with 100 enigmas, that's a total of 600 enigmas for the two cities.
