Missing Nekomaru quest

So, I've took quest from Shiro and then found Nekomaru first time. Now he is in Chaos midtown: lower levels, and I can't find the enterance. Can someone tell me how to get there?

Have you already unlocked the Respite Unit in Chaos Midtown? If so, just teleport here and climb the staircase, then head north to find a hidden path left to the chest.
