After finishing the chapter 2 story quest I noticed that lower level enemies don't run away from me even thought my characters are over 10 levels above. Not sure if there's a setting I messed with or some passive I didn't know about but with my friend who has the same leveled characters the enemies run away from them so I'm unsure what the issue is

Gear/stats are taken into account to whether or not enemies will run away from you.
