how exactly do the delivery requests work???
so i know there's a few threads of people posting their codes, i shared mine in some. ive also been requesting the first shark fins on my game and it seems i usually get them delivered back. however i never see any pending requests on my end.

do people need to have mutually followed for them to show up or whats up with that? i haven't really grasped it yet

You have to follow them to receive their request. Other people will try to be the first to finish their delivery request so it is first come first serve and you have to be quick on it.
You don't have to mutually add eachother, but the system is flawed.
You have to fulfil 3 requests, but every player can only request 1 item. This ultimately means people will lose out on fulfilling all 3 requests a day, because to fulfil 3 requests, you are taking 3 people's singular 1.

As a wider example. Imagine you have 100 people all wanting to do requests.
That's 100 requests
Only 33 people can get the full rewards within that group. Because 33 people need to fulfil 99 requests in total, but there are only 100 requests total.

In other words, 66% of the playerbase will never be able to complete 3 requests at any number of players.

The reason you don't have any requests to fill despite adding a lot of people is because you are part of the 66% who wasn't able to get the request in time, and if you were grabbing the IDs in the stream discussion threads, hundreds of people have seen those IDs and those requests, so you have to be the one person to fulfil the request before everyone else.

I've already given feedback on this and I would heavily recommend doing the same.

hmmm i see, so i guess in order to maximize i should almost fill my follow list... i had only done a couple of users

would it be a bit more reasonable to instead follow the dead players on the overworld?
do you get gacha currency from doing this actually? ive no idea

The dead players in overworld probably request unreasonable items. I wouldn't recommend it if you wanna do 3x delivery. I mean through those 'boss item' topics here on steam you can easily get to 100 people. (Tho yeah, i probably have to clean up again, cause some might have quit by now)
