There has been a bug that doesn't let me rank up my character

Every time without exception that I go to rank up a certain character, my game simply gives an error and goes to the title screen. but it never returns to the title screen and stays in an infinite loading and only returns if I close my game. Is there any way to fix this? Or is it something that can only be resolved in updates?

I think i had that issue only, when i tried doing it through character archive. (Which aren't your actual characters)

So this has occurred to me too, but now it doesn't let any character that I already have rank up and with that they are becoming very weak and don't do damage

I think i had that issue only, when i tried doing it through character archive. (Which aren't your actual characters)

wait theres another way to rank them up? i only see the option for it in the character archive screen.

Character rank up is unlocked once you reach Chapter 2 of the story. Then it is available in Character screen which shouldn't be mistaken with Character Archive (which shows characters you don't own - and shows all characters at rank 0)

Calm down, it's not in the Character Archive that the characters' ranks are upgraded. because it was the only place that appeared where I could level up the characters' ranks so I thought it was only in the Character Archive not in the Character screen and yes, I'm already at the beginning of the second chapter, but still in the first mission when I still have to go to another city. Could it be because I haven't advanced the main mission very far yet, that's why the bug is there?

You unlock it right after getting through the tunnel iirc.

and I was really doing something stupid because I was trying to level up the ranks through the Character Archive since that option had only been shown there. What the hell was I doing hahahahaha

You're welcome. They just recently added the preview for rank up on character archive, they just forgot to disable the rank up option. It's really just a preview ^^
