Please give me all my money back.
This is a scam.
They failed to keep the roadmap.

as long as simpletons like you continue to invest money in the cancer of the gaming industry like gacha games, one might say, deservedly so
I thought they would have at LEAST kept the roadmap. Well, first gacha I've played so safe to say I've learned my lesson.

I hope people will at least understand this is a reflection on Akatsuki not on Too Kyo.

Same not even 3 month and its eos. Give me my refund for the money i spent during the refund event...
This is literally a bait and switch.

You can try to ask refund from steam or you bank if you spent it not so long ago. If you spent it during their reset phase then yeah, not happening. They scammed us.
Steam typically does not refund that kind of purchase, but if enough people send a generic support ticket they might.

If the service ends within three months, a full refund will be given, but since the service must operate for six months, if you want a refund for paid stones, you will have to wait until November to apply for a refund.

keep pulling for refunds, this is literally just a rug pull in the form of a failed gacha game, its a scam
Unfortunately, the risk you take when playing live-service games. I don't think there is much regulation against such predicaments.

You cant refund it via steam directly at least:

Refund:
Mar 1 - TRIBE NINE in-game items - $69.98 USD
Refunds are not currently supported for in-game purchases in TRIBE NINE. Check with the game publisher directly to see if they can provide you with a refund.

And publisher will obviously ignore your request. Pushing it via bank is the only real option here but probably too late already.
I spent $10 to purchase a monthly subscription and get BP for the skin (and other rewards).
And I don't regret spending that money.
Look at the number of hours played.
I spent more to buy a game I didn't even run.

I don't think that people that talk about refunds care about $10 purchases. I still have 50k+ currency sitting on my account with more than half being paid. With game stopping to get updates its all worthless now. I'd say its a scam as they clearly falsely advertised it knowing full well it going to be EOS soon.

Honestly it's on them, usually gachas have a good hook then they ride on the initial players and the hype with them. The problem here is that on release the rates were atrocious on top of others problems so people, like me, that planned on playing just didn't and decided to "wait and see" how it would evolve. Even if I tried, I wouldn't have put money for a while just because of the beginning

You deposited money, so even more, the question is why?
Roughly speaking, that's your problem, namely your ludomania.
If I wanted to get access to the second battle pass, I would have donated an additional $10, i.e. with a moderate donation you could safely spend $20 to get unique skins and rewards.
The fact that you donated to the character is a mistake.

Absolutely right, given the start of the game, we should have assessed all the risks. I, despite the criticism, decided to donate and get the Semba waifu skin, and I was satisfied.

Because I thought this game has potential and can become my main game. And the deal they offered was good. Well ignoring the fact that it was all scam now.

Also I don't suffer from gambling addiction, lol. I spent money to get the currency cheaper so I could use it long term, not wasted it all away on rolling non stop. How i was supposed to know they will scam me?
