Hotel Roof?
Is there a way to get to the hotel rooftop? I know the emergency stairs way, but there's more stuff and I don't know how to access it

Edit: Okay turns out it was obvious, but the little shiny glint never gave me a prompt for what it was so I never picked it up. My bad, but thank you for helping!

There is a key (literally lying on the ground as a shiny object) that leads to the roof but i cant remember where it is found. Some of the post first chapter story locations.

The key can be found at Dream Wharf: Exit, just south to the rift!
