Does this have a campaign/coop campaign

Or is it just waves, survival game..?

The only campaign level is the one opened when you fill gold pieces counter (by completing the waves). Also every quarter you fill audio will be played (without subtitles, even though game supports them for cutscenes) explaining story. At least that's a bit more then in God Mode, lol. Everything else is, yes, horde mode multiplayer-oriented FPS.
If you are looking at single-player experience i'd advise you against this game.
