in opentrack you need to set if not allready "eyeware beam" as input. its dropdown direct on the mainview left/down side. afterward hit start.
the octopus should move to headmovement allready if you hit start.
1. Beam Eye Tracker start (game extension slider on)
2. opentrack start (ctrl+n :: would be a recommend command to reset the view ingame so you sit behind the wheel. see the beam eye tracker opentrack tutorial.)
3. ets2/ats start
4. ingame nothing.
Sorry to see you go. Yes, for now, OpenTrack is required for all the games we support. Note that OpenTrack is well-supported by many games and allows plenty of tweaks. Maybe we can convince you to return in the future. Thanks for trying.
Thank you again for your feedback. I understand and agree with your critique. We'll prioritize the creation of more detailed videos and plan to link to top content from our creators, especially on YouTube, for each game to make onboarding easier.
Regarding ATS and ETS, we would love to eliminate the need for OpenTrack. Unfortunately, this depends on a direct integration from SCS Software, the developers behind these games. We're actively communicating with them, but community support in requesting it from SCS directly is crucial to make this happen. We'll hopefully get there soon enough.
