I refunded cause it seems to have issues with c920 HD Pro Webcam. I calibrated it with no issues in the big menu but as soon as i stopped calibration and came back the the little menu UI bottom right of my screen my camera stopped working. I've tried for one hour to look for solutions, tried many things but nothing work. My webcam works fine on any other app. And all authorization are granted, no other app is using it at the same time.

Thanks for the feedback, and sorry for the hassle. We recommend trying the free demo first (3-hour trial) before purchasing the app. It should work fine with the Logitech C920. If you’d like, you can share your log files on our Discord or email them to [e-mail], and we’ll look into it. A good first step might be setting the camera mode to "Exclusive" in the Beam Eye Tracker camera settings and trying again.

Works fine with my C920 Hd on Win 10, I did have to allow access from my AV/IS

My Logitech StreamCam HD Premium, seems just to work in camera shared mode.
Exclusive mode is no video preview and camera is turning to off.

This is how i can use Beam Eye Tracker.
1. I need to start Beam Eye Tracker first. (Shared mode)
2, Afterward i could start Obs.

if i don't start it this way, beam eye tracker won't work.
