Sega Arcade mini games

Why can't these be sold as stand alones???? I would love to have all these model 2 & 3 arcade games emulated properly. But without needing a dedicated like a dragon ssd to have them all.

I really hope Scud Race comes soon to a yakuza game. I would take that any day over daytona 2

I would also want a bundle collection of all these excellent stv, model 1, 2 and 3 arcade games (it would take just a few giga for all of them). Since they decided to give some of them via the Yakuza games, you'll probably need a new SSD to have them.

For example, just for LAD gaiden, Kiwami 2, Shenmue 1+2, Yakuza 6 and Infinite wealth you need around 300 Gb, and you also get:

Out run
Space harrier
Hang-on
Super hang-on
Fantasy zone
After burner
Virtua fighter 2
Virtua fighter 2.1
Virtual on
Motor raid
Sonic the fighters
Fighting vipers 2
Daytona 2 PE
Virtua fighter 3tb

Plus access to 10+ Master system games.

A lot of people are asking for Scud race, Out run 2, and Virtua striker 2 among other games. Also Virtua NBA was awesome back then, way ahead of its era (made from the same studio in 99 right after spikeout). I don't think that they can manage to overcome the difficulties to bring those titles back anytime soon. But a few years ago I thought the same for Virtual on and Daytona 2.

At minimum I will probably get the man who erased his name, and infinite wealth.
For daytona 2, VF3, FV2, and spike out.
I'd love to get outrun 2006 and afterburner, but it's very hard to get a hold of for ps3.
Interestingly enough, it turns out yakuza games were a spiritual successor to Spikeout's fighting gameplay.

If you just want these games, then check which Sega arcades LAD Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii will bring first.

I played Outrun 2006 in PS2... I was thinking finding the GameCube version of Virtua striker 3 to play in my wii...

The new arcade addition to the pirate yakuza is ocean hunter. I haven't heard much in more that

Check the discussions about the arcades in Pirate Yakuza... Except from Ocean Hunter which is the new addition, they say something about having both VF3 and Daytona 2 and the other games you mentioned... You may save some HD space that way

Really? I have googled that so many times, and just found ocean hunter info. I hope that to be true. They also NEEEEEEED Scud race!!!!

There is a video showing Daytona 2 and Virtua fighter 3 cabinets in Pirate Yakuza. Hopefully some day in the future Scud race becomes available too.

As for LAD gaiden, is surprisingly good. It has many things to do and also includes Infinite wealth demo which becomes available when you finish the game.

Scud race and VF3 are the most iconic sega games EVER for me. In the 90s next-gen didn't even capture it. It was more like next-generationS

Finally they added the other beginner level in daytona2. Nice to see spikeout, vf3 too! Just missing scud race...

Have you ever played scud race? Is the handling similar to Daytona's? I personally liked Sega Rally's handling more.

What about the other games? Spikeout and vf3? Are they any good? I have played all other Virtua fighters except 3.

Ocean hunter looks promising, a shooter that we missed similar to virtua cop...

Yes. I spent a fortune on Scud Race in the arcades when I was a kid
It's a spiritual successor to Daytona. The same daytona devs actually created Scud Race, before daytona 2. They all handle different. Scud race even has a few jumps
I love those fighting games. Yakuza's fighting game-play actually came from Spikeout.

I see. Watched some Scud race videos, the graphics and level design are out of this world. But I see Viper and BMW cars, I guess there will be licensing issues to bring this back.

Also you are right, Spikeout's fighting looks similar to Yakuza. I recently got Shenmue 1+2 to test it, as I read it had vf3 engine during fights.
