That said, I don't find the game disappointing. In fact, for a AA game, I can't even call it short. Not when one or two of the mainline RGG releases have had roughly the same final longevity. I'm saying that since I went into the game understanding it was priced below AAA for a reason, I walked away without disappointment.
Still I didn't find the price to be any indicator. It was actually the most expensive one yet.

It's unfortunate that you had high expectations and that ruined your experience. My expectations were pretty low and I just wanted more game and lore behind the events after 6, so this was a massively enjoyable win on my part. Was only £30 for me and included the DLC.
For 50 bucks I can accept a shorter main story and only 1 city but I DO expect a good number of unique substories etc. which just aren't there.
It's literally called 'Gaiden' too.
That said I do agree that the RPP asking price is absurd as a result. Glad it was a day 1 Gamepass release though and I imagine most of us probably just went that route.
