I hope I can get enough Akame point by doing those things. I bought things I didn't have, basically 1 of each.

I hope that doesn't make it impossible to learn and max out every skills.

getting all shared and style skills doesnt even cost that much, you might run out if you try to max out health and attack tho

I guess I will avoid leveling up my health much, I will leave it at level 4.
I will max out my attack, when I get more Akame points.

I want to learn every skills possible.

The eye of the dragon gear item ups Akane points gained while being equipped. At least that what its description says.

Yeah it's a bonus of about 1.25 if I remember correctly from testing it. I had it equipped for most of the game and had an excess of points

Concurring what was said. With the Eye of the Dragon, I also had an excess.

That said, if I hadn't been using the Eye of the Dragon, I wouldn't have reached level 30 until pretty much the end of the game. This is the kind of balance I love to see, because it means three things:

First, it means the devs understood the importance of giving meaning to those points. If you could just easily farm the points and get twice as many as you'd ever need, that would be super deflating and make the points feel completely meaningless. The closer the balance gets to where you barely end up with enough, the more I can believe in the game and the devs behind it.

Second, it means there is also legitimate purpose in wearing point-boosting items as soon and as often as possible. In this case, it grants the option of buying up all the abilities and items you can, long before you're at the end of the game where you're going to get the least total use out of all that.

Third, it means I have the option of spending that excess on fluff that isn't strictly necessary in the grand scheme of things. Extra full-heal items; cosmetic fluff gear; maybe even empty Akame of her collection of valuable plates since she does after all have only a limited supply of them. Options that wouldn't exist if I hadn't gone out of my way to enable them to exist.

It should also be noted that there's nothing important about getting level 30, other than the fact that it's a goal the game provides for the player. Goals are super important to the gameplay experience but this particular one for example doesn't unlock extra content—it's just there.

Definitely a part of the game that I feel was well-designed.

I actually never had Eye of the Dragon equipped but I did do all of her requests, patrols and battles and play some things. I was Lv28 in chapter 2 and just did a few side things to max it in chapter 4.

I was swimming in points for most of the game so never even thought about sacrificing a gear slot (didn't even know EotD gave a bonus). I did most of the investment as soon as possible though.

hey sorry to necro, just wanted to ask If you can naturally get rank 30 from the base point yields????
I have just finished the game and did almost all the missions before the ending (besides the one that needs coliseum progress, and 3 pocket circuit ones). I never ended up buying the eye of the dragon on my playthrough. feels like that final level is pretty high to reach, so i'm not sure if crunching the numbers for the missing completion list stuff will actually reach it
