Infinite Wealth Demo not working?

Is it not working for anyone else? Just beat the game and went straight to it but all it does is close the game. Even tried launching the demo from the files to no avail.

Edit: Putting the game into borderless seems to have worked. Weird workaround.

It didn't help. I switch the setting borderless, the game crashes anyway.

yes it does close the main game to load the infinite wealth demo but that's it.

Also couldn't get it to work, but I'll try the borderless window approach to see what happens.

When you switch to borderless, the main game closes, and the Demo will open up. You can switch to fullscreen in the demo.

Just wait a bit when it does close the main game.

I switched to this display mode and when I click on the demo version it crashes to the desktop. And nothing else happens.

Why wouldn't you have it set to borderless in the first place?

Heyo! I found the workaround. Took me two days. Just download a mod called str8. It allows you to launch the demo right from the startup.exe. Which is in games files.
Idk if steam allows me to send a link here, but it's on github.
If you can't find it, look up Straight to Menu 8 (Special Trial Version) on nexus mod. In the description, the author leaves a link for Str8.

Are you installing ryu manager mode as well and launch it first? Otherwise it will never work/

I installed STM mod with RMM. IDK how, but still doesn't work
