Golden ball collectibles

Anyone know where all or some of the golden balls are at?

I know ones at billiards, ones at ebisu pawn, and ones with akame. Haven't found any more yet. I'm going to assume you get one at the end of the coliseum and pocket racer, but that's unconfirmed.

Found another one. At the coliseum VIP area you can get one from looking up while under the giant golden statue on the stairs. I'm not joking

there's one on the boat at sotenbori the boat floats through the river from time to time and there's what I believe is a hangman on the front with the ball being where his junk is

Im assuming there will be one in the lockers but I have no evidence to support this

Hmmm is there a specific time of day that the boat goes by? Haven't seen it so far

Hmmm is there a specific time of day that the boat goes by? Haven't seen it so far

I saw it during the day when I was looking for the Omi guys who were trying to imprison the homeless people but I also saw a boat at night without anyone on it probably luck based

I've been looking all along the central street but no dice. do you have to progress the main quest a certain amount to see it?

Edit: I found it... for those curious look to the man on a conveyor belt in the area on the left when you first enter

The boat seems to be bugged for me......I've even stood at the river for 10 minutes once and I still haven't seen a single boat.

I thought that maybe it was locked due to like levels at the Colliseum or such but atmo I'm gold and been staring at the river for 4-5 mins now and still nothing =p

Edit: Apparently it has to be done during the day so I'll just have to wait for this endless night to end =p
