I have playstation buttons (Dualsense).
1: The main font is finally 4K. Or rather it seems to be resolution independent. Still some harsh aliasing, but considering all past RGG games used a 1080p font, I'll take it.
2: Looks good at night. HDR is very welcome.
3: I finished off Judgment literally 4 hours before this game landed. Looking forward to playing a game that's on the cutting edge for once.
4: Daytime still doesn't quite reach that photorealism I've been hoping for.
5: To get 4K60, I have to use DLSS. I guess the day is finally here. DLSS sucks, but sub-60fps or sub-4K sucks worse—I can't deny that.
6: Have not noticed any framerate issues. Not counting the extremely dated games that launched on PS3, that would make this a first. Y7 and Judgment both had the occasional framerate skips. Not bad enough to be dealbreakers, but identifiable.
7: Not gonna touch the free Infinite Wealth demo unless SEGA outright says I can continue from it. And probably not even then. And certainly not until like a few days before that game launches.
Worse than in Lost Judgment? Sure, but then so is every other RGG game. Lost Judgment easily has the best combat in the whole franchise.
Worse than Yakuza 6 though? Hell no. Not even close. This completely ♥♥♥♥♥ all over 6.
