I still dont know whats the reason of it not being available in these regions probably people exploiting regional pricing I guess ? hopefully it releases for us was waiting since a long time for it.

buy from Fanatical (or any key site) or have a friend in an available region gift it to u and use VPN to accept

Check out on Fanatical and see if it can be activated in your region.

According to Steamdb, Deluxe Edition is already available for your region but standard is not. Weird. Hope they sort it out soon

it will give you a key to redeem on Steam if that's what you mean. I'm just giving options but the game will likely be available to buy directly through Steam after the 20th.

Microsoft and Sony usually release based on region rather than a set time like Steam so it'll probably release at midnight like it did in Japan.
