How long is the game?

with that kind of asking price $50 it kinda feels like they didn't plan on having it being full long experience like a normal title but a bit longer than Kaito/Majima DLC?
It just worrying for me because both of these lack the options on experiencing minigames as they throw it towards main-game, would Gaiden be introducing new and old minigames?

they said repeatedly the main story is ~12 hours or so but there's going to be side stuff. probably 40 hours or so if you want to 100% which is roughly about half of a normal Yakuza game.

As mentioned above half size of other titles. Dont expect too much, because half of Y6 and half of Y5 is "a bit different".

RGG said the main story will be a bit longer than The Kaito Files, and that's a 7 hours experience. I would be completely fine with 10 hours of main story.
Unlike Kaito Files that only has 1 secret boss other than the main story, this game will also offer substories and other side content that will probably add a substantial amount of hours to the playtime.

Oh shucks, I'll hold out until a discount like I did with LJ then, love the series, love the studio but I am not as rushed to play and buy the game at full price everytime.

Expect this to be 10-12 hours long, which is on par with Y3 so 50$ is ok to me. It's only 35$ in Vietnamese store so definitely a win for us Vietnamese fans lol.

I dont care - its another beat em up with Kir....I mean Joryu and any amount of playtime is great. I just would wish that in the game you get to see Kiryu reunite with Haruka even for a moment. I doubt it though.

Our Lord and Savior Yokoyama has already said it'd be around half the length of a standard LAD game. Maybe a bit pricey, but I'm pretty confident I'll still get my monies worth out of it being that LAD and Lost Judgment were both massively long games.

All we know is tons of side stuff and 62 achivements (even more than most mainline games)
