Fragile currencies I guess although I don't remember them changing much to dollar in the past year except TR and ARG.
also yes the game isn't available for pre-purchase in some countries
Just get this on Game Pass first and then get on sale here.
I know, it had very-little regional pricing. I was talking about regional pricing there.
Another weak currency. Regions with decent economic standing/currency have their pricing. Such as Euro & UK. Other regions may not if their currency is weak or volatile, its normal
True, but could also be the potential for the currency to fluctuate given the situation they are in, that is just my speculation though. Ukraine is in a potentially fragile spot compared to everywhere else because theoretically a change in direction of invasion or in the event of a catastrophic sudden loss, the currency would fall to hell. In the world of investing, the potential alone is enough to prevent investment in ukraine, the same theory could apply here in that a price can't really be given until nearer the time as the currency changes will not effect anything if they have not set a price yet. The whole ukraine thing is just my speculation given what I know, I could be wrong. Ukraine is in an odd position compared to everywhere else
