They'll open it on launch day with no regional-pricing and highest possible currency rate. That was the case for the last 3 games (Judgments & Ishin)

Wasnt the case for Judgment games

They didn't have much regional pricing. Especially the DLC price was a joke(It is absurdly expensive if you don't buy the both games together). I just bought the Lost Judgment Ultimate edition on PS for around 250 Liras, go figure.

Pre-orders are up but not available for Turkey, Ukraine, India, Colombia, Argentina.
Fragile currencies I guess although I don't remember them changing much to dollar in the past year except TR and ARG.

So no preorder bonus for people in those countries? That's not cool, at all.

Judgment PC was announced 15 min before release, it never had preorders.

I know, it had very-little regional pricing. I was talking about regional pricing there.

The turkish lira has weakened drastically in the recent weeks against all other currencies. Its an extremely volatile currency. They can't put a price up yet when the currency is this bad as it can effect their profit margins

Sure. Now explain why Colombians also can't pre-order it.

Another weak currency. Regions with decent economic standing/currency have their pricing. Such as Euro & UK. Other regions may not if their currency is weak or volatile, its normal

I know about Turkey (they couldn't preorder Ishin either) but Ukraine's currency been stable for a year now and no signs of change.

True, but could also be the potential for the currency to fluctuate given the situation they are in, that is just my speculation though. Ukraine is in a potentially fragile spot compared to everywhere else because theoretically a change in direction of invasion or in the event of a catastrophic sudden loss, the currency would fall to hell. In the world of investing, the potential alone is enough to prevent investment in ukraine, the same theory could apply here in that a price can't really be given until nearer the time as the currency changes will not effect anything if they have not set a price yet. The whole ukraine thing is just my speculation given what I know, I could be wrong. Ukraine is in an odd position compared to everywhere else
