My armour disappeared , bug ?

Hi everyone , im not sure what happened here but i just returned with a full pack from the pirates cave , and i noticed that my warrior was missing her plate armour/scale armour , and my dwarve who also had one now was wearing instead a chainmail wtf ?

Only thing i can think of was my warrior had to jump a river because my elf was not able to cast solidiri bridge of light , and she fell on the water , could she has lost it there ? it does not explain my dwarve changing armour , and my last save its from two real days ago xD .

Anyone expirienced something similar before ?

Hm, in the original game you where loosing quite often something when swimming through a river.
