Beilunk Riders Quest

What is requirements for starting this quest (level, place, skills...)? I play long time game, but quest not start yet. I think that last i play old team, Beilunk Rider quest starts so quickly...

Go from Thoss to Rybon and make sure the the most left charakter has good skills in finding traces. I guess in your team everybody is better than level 3.

This is the place where team find ill Wanadis, but i rather ask about first meeting lone Beilunk rider when the quest apears in our logbook, but thanks for your interest my issue ;)
