Preventing Coyotl/Citlalli from leaving.

Anyone know the specific requirements for keeping them around if you go against their faction? I heard it can be prevented with either high morale, or romancing them. But Coyotl still leaves my male explorer with 16 morale. Does it need to be even higher, because I don't think I have enough leadership for that. Kind of a bummer if there is no way, since I just promoted him a to vet a while ago and he was a great addition to my team.

I believe you need 20 morale.

Aw dang, I think my leadership only lets me have 16 max morale. Oh well, I wanted to do another play through anyway, so I can see some stuff I missed out on like the tournament in Hispanola.

At least Necali made for a good replacement.

The guy still left even with 20 morale, oh well, I don't feel starting a new game again just to save one guy, so I'll just live with it.
