Blind Angels Taboo Not Working?

I can't seem to accrue any sin with the Blind Angels, after successfully getting cursed by Wolf, Lady, and Dust just fine. I've tried sneak attacks, summoning and attacking my wolf and moonbeam, hiring a sellsword and murdering him in the woods outside of town, but nothing seems to be working? Help?
