need help with roche quest

I found the names but roche wont talk about it? do i need to get the artifacts from the Archon quest line and go to the sealed monolith location ?
for anyone who doenst know about how to use the bell ring it in overworld till you get to the right spot
for the key for the monolyth talk to a specific goose in murderclown town

Yes, that's exactly right. You might want to have a word with the Archon too after you've gathered the artifacts.

so yeah only need artifacts, and to not talk to archon. tether boss was rough though glad i had Lheal and allcures
is there anything special after you get tether ending? i only notice the new dialogue and loss of gifts? are spells easier to find?
