Legendary bow decayed into longbow

Is this normal? Does this happens to all legendary weapons?

its specifically the bow that does it, which is kind of dumb, but its in the description. the dev says its a joke, but.. its the only legendary ranged weapon, i think? a bit weird that it lasts who knows how many years after the temple was made then sealed, but decays a few days after you get it.

I just plain dislike the fact that there is no way to repair weapons/armor at all, just use it till it's turned to crap and buy a new one. Why the hell can't we repair things??? Not to mention Legendary stuff shouldn't break just as quickly as regular gear. What's the point of being Legendary if it isn't strong than normal?

Does weapon durability even do anything? I've never seen the stats go down.

As far as i can tell it does nothing or it isn't implemented yet and also it seems the last patch fixed and changed some things like items drops in dungeons. For instance also now when you go to sleep in cities you no longer regenerate food meter meaning hunting is more relevant now i guess.

Durability only affects sale price, as confirmed by the developer in Discord.
