What's the stat next to hunger?

I know I probably overlooked it in the beginning but looking back through all the notes and everything on this thread I cant seem to figure it out. Somehow I had some percentage of it and it gradually went down with my hunger but I'm not sure what it is or if i need to worry about it.

It keeps amber bane away from you so you can move through the clouds safely. I don't know if it has functions beyond that.

i hate when games use arcane symbols they made up that dont at all correlate to the function they represent, instead of just putting the word "fuel" there. nothing like looking at the screen and just thinking "what the hell is any of this supposed to be"
