Processing Purchase Loop

Need help my phone can login no problem but when it's my computer the processing purchase won't go away, no option to close it and even after 20 restart no luck.

I tried uninstalling steam and the game still the same. I even make sure to look for the file save on my computer and delete the mall and after reinstall it keeps doing that.

Worse still, I'm having the same problem, I accidentally opened the purchase page and when I closed it, it got stuck in this infinite loop.

guys i had same problem and i found one way..... is verry simple..... open steam, and definis of miners, then in the miner defins, select open it folder and delete the file Purchasing.Common.dll
(in my case was in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Miners Settlement\Miners Settlement_Data\Managed.
woked for me, as im free player, i dont know if works for ppl want buy stuff, but.... for me... bether than have that noing bug.

I'm stuck on the loop too. I uninstalled and reinstalled but that didn't fix it

With the new game updates, a loop will probably happen again (at least it did to me). If it happens, just repeat the process I indicated before and it will be resolved.
and yes, it works for all players, the problem is that afterwards you can't make in-game purchases
