SAOIF on Stam: proficiency skills bug

New proficiency skills do not appear at all. Additionally, they freeze the window after trying to increase it and don't seem to increase the stats at all. Any workarounds? Do devs know about it at all?

These are bugs from the release of the game on Steam. In the recent news about the problems, the developers finally saw these bugs, but I would not rush to rejoice. Because 2 months have already passed since they noticed a bug with a non-working store, but nothing has been fixed until now.

This bug is still in the game in 2025. The interface freeze after interacting with proficiency skills.
